The Age of Data and AI

We live in the age of data and AI. Today, there is an exponential amount of data being created; every second 2.5 billion emails are sent and Facebook along generates more than 22 trillion messages a year. And yet, this valuable customer data remains largely untapped.

In this presentation, I’m going to walk you through how marketers can unlock insights from customer interactions to create smarter experiences. I will share how AI builders can create solutions that are intelligent, meaning the solution is able to understand language beyond simple terms; customizable, meaning the solution is able to understand the nuances of the user’s organization, industry and background, and finally actionable, meaning the solution is able to be used by non-technical users who can in turn build automation, content, and suggest next best actions that will solve issues more quickly. Finally, I will touch upon how speech, text, intent detection, sentiment, topic modeling, and text mining will need to be leveraged together in order to fully unlock hidden insights to create smarter experiences.
