Omnichannel marketing, a favourite buzzword for us all. Frost & Sullivan define omnichannel as “seamless and effortless, high-quality customer experiences that occur within and between contact channels”. But in today’s digital first world, are marketing leaders forgetting ALL the elements that define an omnichannel strategy – the things that enable organisations to truly interact with customers, whether B2C or B2B?
