Watch: “From Impressions to Outcomes: How DOOH Became a Performance Marketing Channel” — Jessica Silva, Chief Operating Officer of Screenverse, from DigiMarCon’s official session library. DigiMarCon billed Silva as a Featured Speaker at DigiMarCon Florida 2026 in Miami.

Out-of-home advertising was the last channel you bought on faith. Jessica Silva, Chief Operating Officer of Screenverse, came to DigiMarCon to show what happened when it went programmatic: digital out-of-home (DOOH) planned, bought and measured like a performance channel — “From Impressions to Outcomes.”

The Scale Behind the Session

Screenverse, founded in 2020 and based in New York, manages and monetizes digital screens for media owners in the programmatic channel. By its October 2026 account it represents more than 150,000 digital screens across 29 networks — billboards, urban panels, retail and residential — with inventory in all 210 continental-US DMAs. It ranked No. 1,607 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

Partnerships That Prove the Model

  • VIOOH (August 2026): Screenverse put more than 38,000 US screens generating over 7.7 billion monthly impressions — New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Dallas-Fort Worth, Philadelphia — into programmatic buying.
  • Western Union (October 2026): selected Screenverse as its exclusive programmatic technology partner for a network of more than 2,600 screens across 124 US markets and 623M+ monthly impressions.
  • Macerich (January 2026): named Screenverse its exclusive programmatic partner for 345 shopping-center displays whose properties drew well over 270 million visits in 2024.

Silva, who previously served as Screenverse’s SVP of Marketing before becoming COO, was named a 2026 AdExchanger Top Woman in Media & Ad Tech honoree — and in her first year in the growth role, every partner network she oversaw delivered growth over its category, averaging more than 60% year-over-year sales growth, by the company’s own account.

Why This Matters for Every Marketer Here

The lesson travels well beyond billboards: any channel that learns to prove outcomes stops being a branding expense and becomes a performance line item. DOOH’s transformation — real inventory, real measurement, real attribution — is the template every “unmeasurable” channel is about to follow.
